Coordinates general operations of company personnel and equipment for designated District.
Essential duties include the following:
- Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
- Coordinates and oversees the rigging up and running of applicable equipment on the job site safely and efficiently.
- Coordinates the implementation of company policies, procedures, and maintenance of equipment on the job site.
- Coordinates and ensures the safety of the crew at the job site.
- Coordinates the preparation and mobilization of tools.
- Coordinates periodic tool inspections and filing of all pertinent reports.
- Acts as liaison between the company and the customer representative.
- Instructs the crews in safe working practices, proper operations, care, and maintenance of equipment.
- Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel, including general labor, as necessary.
- This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
